Pink Tile Education are proud to be working with a thriving secondary school in Crawley, seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Teaching Assistant / Unqualified Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with a school-based subject degree (English, Maths, Science, Humanities, PE, etc.) who is keen to gain hands-on classroom experience before progressing into teacher training.
You’ll be working closely with teachers and heads of department to deliver engaging, pre-prepared lessons and provide high-quality classroom support. The school has a welcoming and inclusive ethos, with a strong reputation for professional development and supporting graduates at the beginning of their education career.
What the role involves:
Delivering pre-planned lessons and supporting learning across KS3 and KS4
Managing classroom behaviour and encouraging positive engagement
Supporting students of varying abilities, including those with SEND needs
Gaining valuable experience in lesson delivery, organisation, and pupil management
What you’ll need:
A degree in a relevant subject area
Confidence, reliability, and excellent communication skills
A valid DBS and up-to-date safeguarding training
