🌟 Part-Time Behaviour Mentor – Chichester (Mornings Only) 🌟

We’re looking for a calm, confident, and experienced Behaviour Mentor to support a young pupil with complex needs, including autism and behavioural challenges, in a nurturing primary school setting in Chichester.

🧠 About the Role:

• 1:1 support for a pupil with significant behavioural and emotional needs
• Implementing strategies to support emotional regulation and engagement
• Working closely with the SENCO, class teacher, and external professionals
• Helping to create a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN and behavioural needs
• A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
• Confidence in managing challenging behaviour using positive, trauma-informed strategies
