Location: Littlehampton, West Sussex
Hours: 08:30 AM – 03:30 PM, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only

Salary: Competitive (based on experience) – typically aligned with TA pay bands
We’re searching for an experienced HLTA to take on a leadership role in a Littlehampton primary. If you can deliver interventions and support whole-class learning when required, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead targeted interventions and support whole-class learning within your remit.
• Support curriculum planning, assessment and pupil tracking.
• Mentor and support less experienced teaching assistants.
• Contribute to behaviour management and inclusive practice.
Skills & Experience / What We’re Looking For:
• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills.
• Experience of supporting curriculum delivery and assessment.
