Hours: 08:30 AM – 03:30 PM, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only

Salary: £89 per day PAYE, temp to perm
We’re seeking a compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant for a friendly Bognor Regis primary. You’ll support pupils with diverse needs to access learning and grow in confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEND.
• Follow individual education plans and adapt resources as required.
• Support pupils’ independence, communication and social skills.
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to monitor progress.
Skills & Experience / What We’re Looking For:
• Experience with SEND desirable; patience and willingness to learn essential.
• Transferable skills: empathy, observation, adaptability, teamwork, record-keeping.
• Basic understanding of differentiation and scaffolding.
