What you’ll do:
Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils to improve attendance, behaviour, and wellbeing.
Deliver targeted interventions and mentoring to boost engagement and confidence.
Work with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create consistent support.
Promote a positive, inclusive school culture where every pupil feels valued and understood.

Patience, empathy, and resilience in challenging situations.
Strong organisation and teamwork abilities.
The confidence to motivate and inspire young people.
