Pink Tile Education is supporting a dynamic secondary school in Brighton in their search for enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for newly qualified teachers who are passionate about inspiring young people and looking to develop their teaching career. The successful candidates will receive structured mentoring and support while delivering engaging lessons and helping students achieve their full potential.
The Role:
Plan and deliver lessons across your specialist subject area for Key Stages 3 and 4.
Inspire curiosity, engagement, and a love of learning in students.
Collaborate with experienced colleagues to enhance teaching and learning.
Receive dedicated mentoring and guidance as part of the school’s ECT programme, supported by Pink Tile Education.
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and is within their first two years of teaching.
Has a strong passion for their subject and teaching.
Demonstrates excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and commitment to professional growth.
Is eager to learn, reflect, and develop as a teacher in a supportive environment.
