Year 6 Teacher

Location: Meads, Eastbourne
Hours: Flexible – short-term and day-to-day cover (term time)
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £120–£140 per day for short-term/day-to-day cover; paid to scale for long-term placements.

Pink Tile Education is looking for a confident and motivated Year 6 teacher to work across schools in Meads. If you’re experienced in upper Key Stage 2 and enjoy helping pupils prepare for SATs and secondary transition, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver and adapt pre-planned lessons to maintain continuity of learning.
• Support pupils’ academic and emotional readiness for Year 7.
• Manage classroom behaviour and leave detailed feedback.

Skills & Experience / What We’re Looking For:
• QTS or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching Year 6 or upper KS2.
• Strong curriculum knowledge and ability to motivate learners.
