Your Mission

  • Deliver creative, engaging English lessons that spark curiosity and confidence.
  • Adapt teaching to meet individual EHCP targets and diverse learning needs.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships that support emotional regulation and positive behaviour.
  • Use trauma-informed and restorative approaches to create a calm, safe classroom.
  • Work collaboratively with a skilled team of TAs, therapists, and pastoral staff.

What We’re Looking For

  • QTS and experience teaching English at KS3/KS4.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
  • A genuine passion for inclusion and helping every student succeed.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
