What You’ll Do

• Deliver engaging, differentiated Math lessons tailored to individual EHCP targets.
• Create a calm, supportive classroom using trauma-informed and restorative approaches.
• Build strong, trusting relationships that promote emotional regulation and positive behaviour.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and pastoral teams to ensure joined-up support.
• Celebrate progress—big or small—and help pupils believe in themselves.

What We’re Looking For

• QTS and experience teaching Math at KS3/KS4.
• Resilience, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A genuine passion for inclusion and helping every child succeed.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
