What You’ll Do

• Deliver engaging, tailored lessons that spark curiosity and meet individual EHCP targets.
• Create a calm, nurturing classroom using trauma-informed and restorative approaches.
• Work closely with a skilled team of TAs, therapists, and pastoral staff to support holistic development.
• Celebrate progress—big or small—and help pupils believe in themselves.

• QTS and experience in primary education.
