Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant – Crawley
Day Rate: £89–£100 per day

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school based in Crawley. This is an excellent opportunity for a Psychology graduate looking to gain meaningful experience working with children with SEND, particularly Autism (ASC).

The successful candidate will work closely with pupils who require additional support, helping them to engage positively with learning and daily school life. This Crawley-based role offers valuable hands-on experience for those considering careers in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or SEN teaching.

What We’re Looking For:

A degree (or upcoming degree) in Psychology or a related field
Experience working with children or young people with SEND/Autism
Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic approach
A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs
