HLTA – Horsham
Start: ASAP | Full-Time
Day Rate: £89–£100 per day

We are seeking an experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive school in Horsham. This role requires strong SEND experience, as you will be working closely with pupils who have a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), communication difficulties, learning differences and social, emotional needs.

As an HLTA, you will support teaching and learning across the school, lead small group sessions, deliver planned lessons when required, and provide targeted interventions to help pupils make progress both academically and socially. You will play a key role in promoting an inclusive, positive and nurturing learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:

HLTA qualification or significant relevant experience
Strong experience working with children or young people with SEND
Confident delivering small group work and occasional whole-class teaching
Excellent communication, organisation and teamwork skills
A patient, adaptable and child-centred approach
