Pink Tile Education is delighted to be working with a welcoming and creative primary school in Brighton seeking an enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator who loves making learning fun, purposeful, and inclusive for young learners at the start of their school journey.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that build firm foundations in literacy and numeracy.
• Foster a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan, assess and enrich the KS1 curriculum.
• Inspire confidence and curiosity through active, hands-on learning.
• QTS or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in EYFS or KS1.
• A positive, creative and reflective approach to teaching.
• Excellent classroom management and strong communication skills.
• Supportive leadership team and excellent staff wellbeing culture.
