Maths Teacher – St Leonards

Salary: Paid to scale (MPS/UPS depending on experience)
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Maths Teacher to join a secondary school in St Leonards on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about delivering high-quality Maths education and making a meaningful impact on student outcomes.
Plan, deliver and assess engaging and challenging Maths lessons across the relevant key stages.
Inspire students to develop strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards Mathematics.
Maintain high standards of teaching, behaviour management and learner progress.
Contribute to the wider school community, department development and extra-curricular opportunities where appropriate.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics and proven classroom teaching experience
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A commitment to safeguarding and student welfare
