The successful candidate will assist teachers in delivering high-quality learning experiences and provide practical, pastoral, and academic support to pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Key Responsibilities:
Support teachers in planning and delivering lessons.
Assist pupils individually or in small groups, including those with additional learning needs.
Help maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
Prepare and organise learning materials and resources.
Contribute to school activities, enrichment opportunities, and trips as required.
Person Specification:
Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
