Location: SEND School near Crawley
Salary: £21,500 per year
Contract: Full-time, Term-Time

About the Role

Are you passionate about helping children and young people reach their full potential? We are looking for enthusiastic Progress Partners to join a specialist SEND school just outside Crawley. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across Primary and Secondary settings, supporting students with a range of additional needs in small, nurturing classes.

What You’ll Do

Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND
Assist teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons
Help students develop confidence, independence, and social skills
Support behaviour management using positive strategies
Contribute to Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and EHCPs
Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families

What We’re Looking For

Experience working with children or young people (school or care setting)
Understanding of SEND, including autism and SEMH
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Empathy, patience, and a proactive approach
Commitment to safeguarding and child protection
