Fixed-Term Learning Support Assistant

Location: Hove
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 1:00 PM (Term-time only)
Contract: Fixed-term until 31st August 2026 (possibility of becoming permanent)
Salary: £27,254 – £27,694 per annum (FTE) – Pro rata for 20 hours per week

Hove Learning Federation serves over 1,000 children across three vibrant sites: School Road, Portland Road, and Holland Road. We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and positive Learning Support Assistant to join our team and make a real difference in pupils’ lives.

About the Role:

Work 1:1 with pupils who need additional support to access learning and thrive in the classroom.
Support children with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and those who may display challenging behaviour.
Collaborate with teachers and the wider team to create an inclusive, nurturing environment.
Be flexible to work across our federation sites if required.

Experience working with children with additional needs in a primary school setting.
