A welcoming, well-established Seaford primary school is looking for a committed Teaching Assistant to join their team for the new term. Your role will include supporting the class teacher, guiding pupils through tasks, delivering simple interventions (phonics, reading, number work) and helping to maintain a positive classroom environment. You’ll be joining a school that values consistency and genuinely invests in its support staff.
You’ll need:
A valid enhanced DBS
Safeguarding training completed within the last 12 months
Some experience working with children or young people
Good communication skills and the ability to build quick rapport
