About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Cover Teacher to work across a welcoming mainstream primary school. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of the team, covering classes where and when needed and delivering fully pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

This role is ideal for a teacher who loves the buzz of a busy school environment, is confident with behaviour management, and enjoys supporting different age groups throughout the week.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Cover classes throughout the school as required (EYFS–KS2)
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and keep learning on track
• Maintain a positive, calm, and engaging learning environment
• Build strong relationships with staff and pupils
• Support the school’s routines, values, and safeguarding standards

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
• Strong classroom presence and behaviour management
• Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to adapt your teaching style across different age groups
• Someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment
