🌈 The Role

This is a full‑time role supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including communication difficulties, developmental delays, sensory needs or autism.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing patient, structured 1‑2‑1 support
• Helping children stay engaged, focused and confident
• Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour
• Adapting learning activities to suit individual needs
• Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO and wider support team
• Celebrating the small wins that lead to big progress
