💼 The Role – What You’ll Do

As a key member of the teaching and learning team, you will:

• Lead whole‑class cover when teachers are absent or in PPA
• Deliver small‑group and 1:1 intervention sessions
• Support pupils with SEN needs, helping them access learning confidently
• Work alongside class teachers to plan and implement engaging activities
• Help maintain a positive, structured and inclusive learning environment
• Provide pastoral support, encouragement and consistency throughout the day

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a varied week, loves leading learning and can think on their feet.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• Experience working as an HLTA or an advanced TA ready for the next step
• Strong classroom management and confidence leading whole-class learning
• Experience supporting SEN pupils or running interventions
• Great communication, organisation and a proactive attitude
• A calm, positive approach and genuine passion for primary education
• Reliability, teamwork and the ability to adapt quickly
