We are recruiting a calm, patient, and resilient Mental Health Support Worker to join a specialist SEMH school in Horsham. This role involves supporting pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs, particularly those with challenging behaviours, within a structured and nurturing environment.
⚠️ Rural location – candidates must be able to drive.
Key Requirements:
Experience supporting children with SEMH needs and challenging behaviours
Calm, empathetic, and confident approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
