SEN Teaching Assistant – Eastbourne

£89 per day | Long-Term Role | Primary School

A welcoming Eastbourne primary school is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs, including ASD, communication and emotional regulation.

This is a long-term role offering consistency and the chance to build meaningful relationships.

The role:

• 1:1 and small-group SEN support

• Supporting emotional regulation and access to learning

• Working closely with the SENCO and class teacher

• Helping pupils feel safe, supported and understood

We’re looking for:

• Experience supporting children with SEND

• A nurturing, patient and consistent approach

• Confidence managing behaviour calmly

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (mandatory)

Pay: £89 per day
