We are currently recruiting Childcare Workers to support children and young people in children’s homes across the Brighton area, working with SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs).
5 shifts per week
A mix of early shifts, late shifts, and some weekends
Supporting children with daily routines, emotional regulation, and positive behaviour
Working as part of a team to create a safe, stable, and supportive environment
Able to hit the ground running
Adaptable, resilient, and confident
A can-do attitude with a genuine desire to make a difference
Comfortable working with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour
DBS on the Update Service (preferred)
Relevant experience working with children or young people
Available to start ASAP
