Immediate Start | Weekly Pay

We are currently recruiting Childcare Workers to support children and young people in children’s homes across the Brighton area, working with SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs).

The Role

  • 5 shifts per week

  • A mix of early shifts, late shifts, and some weekends

  • Supporting children with daily routines, emotional regulation, and positive behaviour

  • Working as part of a team to create a safe, stable, and supportive environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Able to hit the ground running

  • Adaptable, resilient, and confident

  • A can-do attitude with a genuine desire to make a difference

  • Comfortable working with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour

Requirements

  • DBS on the Update Service (preferred)

  • Relevant experience working with children or young people

  • Available to start ASAP
