We’re growing (quickly) and now looking for a SEND Education Recruitment Consultant who thrives on pace, people, and problem-solving and doesn’t panic when the phone rings at 6:30am on a Monday.
This is a 360 recruitment role where you’ll run your own desk like a mini business. You’ll build relationships with schools, recruit and support educators, fill bookings, manage challenges, and enjoy that unbeatable buzz when everything clicks into place.
No two days are the same one minute you’re chatting with a SENCO, the next you’re saving the day with a last-minute placement. If that excites you, you’ll fit right in.
Recruitment experience is great, but not essential. If you come from sales, education, or customer service, we’ll train you our way: fast, human, honest, and effective.
Skills can be taught. These can’t:

Building long-term relationships with schools and candidates
Filling temporary and long-term SEND bookings
Managing your own client base with internal support behind you

Experience in sales, recruitment, or education (attitude matters most)
Confidence on the phone — yes, even with tricky conversations
Curiosity, empathy, and emotional intelligence
A sense of humour and a thick skin (schools aren’t always predictable!)
Uncapped commission with a transparent structure
Hybrid working (Mondays)
