We’re searching for someone exceptional — someone who thrives in KS1/KS2 classrooms, brings confidence, resilience, and compassion, and knows how to make a real difference for children with additional needs.

What you’ll be doing

What we’re looking for

  • Strong, proven classroom experience (mainstream or specialist settings)

  • Someone calm, proactive, and skilled at building trust with children
  • A team player who enjoys being part of a supportive, forward‑thinking school
  • DBS registered on the Update Service – or willing to apply straight away
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping children thrive

What the school offers

  • A warm, welcoming team who invest in their staff
  • Supportive SEN leadership and regular guidance
  • Brilliant opportunities to go temp‑to‑perm after the 12‑week period
  • A role where you can genuinely change a child’s school experience every single day
