✔ What We’re Looking For

  • Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent)
  • A genuine passion for early years and helping young children thrive
  • A warm, caring and enthusiastic approach
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience in an early years setting (preferred but not essential)
