Hours: 35 hours per week, Term Time + INSET days

Supporting children aged 2–4 in a safe, caring and stimulating environment
Delivering engaging, play‑based activities that support learning and development
Building warm, positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
Contributing to planning, observations and assessments
Ensuring high standards across safeguarding, wellbeing and daily routines
Working collaboratively with a supportive, friendly team

✔ What We’re Looking For

Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent)
A genuine passion for early years and helping young children thrive
A warm, caring and enthusiastic approach
Good communication and teamwork skills
Experience in an early years setting (preferred but not essential)
