🔹 Your Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the day‑to‑day running of the pre‑school
Create a positive, safe and inspiring environment for children and staff
Support, guide and develop a dedicated team of practitioners
Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and carers
Ensure high standards across safeguarding, curriculum and operational practice
Plan and participate in engaging activities that support children’s development

Experience in a managerial or senior early years role
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills

Relevant childcare or early years qualification
