  • Lead and oversee the day‑to‑day running of the pre‑school

  • Support, guide and develop a dedicated team of practitioners
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and carers
  • Ensure high standards across safeguarding, curriculum and operational practice
  • Plan and participate in engaging activities that support children’s development

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a managerial or senior early years role
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills

  • Relevant childcare or early years qualification
