Pink Tile Education is recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant for a primary school in Eastbourne to support pupils with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs.
This role is ideal for someone resilient, empathetic and confident supporting pupils who may struggle with emotional regulation, behaviour and engagement.
Supporting pupils with SEMH needs in and out of the classroom
Implementing behaviour and regulation strategies
Supporting de-escalation and emotional wellbeing
Working closely with pastoral staff, SENCO and teaching teams
Providing consistent adult support to build trust and security
Has SEMH or behaviour support experience
Is calm under pressure and emotionally resilient
Can build strong, positive relationships with pupils
Is committed to long-term consistency
