Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain confident classroom experience in a supportive primary school?

We’re working with a welcoming, well-led primary school in Eastbourne seeking an enthusiastic ECT to join them on a supply or long-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to build experience across KS1 or KS2 while being supported by a strong leadership team.

The role:

• Deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum

• Follow school planning (or plan where appropriate)

• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff

• Gain valuable classroom experience in a supportive setting

We’re looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (ECTs welcome)

• Experience in EYFS, KS1 or KS2

• DBS on the Update Service (essential)

• A positive, flexible and proactive approach
