Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalised support to students with SLD in the classroom and during school activities
Assist with learning tasks, communication, and daily routines
Support students in homework, reading, and other educational activities
Facilitate inclusion in social and recreational activities
Help maintain a safe, positive, and nurturing environment
What We Need From You:
Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs (SEND experience essential; transferable skills considered)
Patience, empathy, and a positive approach
Ability to adapt to different learning environments and individual student needs
Good communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility and reliability
