🎯 Your Impact

As Assistant Headteacher, you’ll work closely with the senior leadership team to strengthen teaching, learning, wellbeing, and behaviour across the school. You’ll be a visible, trusted leader who empowers staff, builds meaningful relationships with families, and maintains high standards of care and education.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Supporting whole‑school strategic development
• Leading behaviour and wellbeing approaches rooted in trauma‑informed practice
• Coaching and developing teaching and support staff
• Supporting curriculum design and high‑quality classroom practice
• Strengthening safeguarding, SEND provision, and pastoral systems
• Monitoring progress, supporting data analysis, and driving improvement
• Ensuring a culture of aspiration, safety, and belonging for all learners

• Confident in SEMH, behaviour, or inclusion leadership (specialist experience ideal)

Leadership experience is desirable, but exceptional middle leaders ready for their next step will also be considered.
