Hours: Monday 8:30am–5:00pm | Tuesday–Friday 8:30am–4:00pm
Pay: £127 per day
Requirement: Must be able to drive (rural location)
We are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to support secondary-aged students at a specialist SEMH school in Horsham. This role involves providing consistent, individualised support within a structured and nurturing environment.
The Role Includes:
Supporting students with SEMH needs in and out of the classroom
Promoting positive behaviour, wellbeing, and engagement
Working closely with teaching and support staff
Following safeguarding procedures at all times
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Experience with SEMH or behavioural needs (preferred)
A calm, patient, and resilient approach
Confidence around safeguarding and student wellbeing
