Pink Tile Education’s Secondary Team in Eastbourne are looking for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join our supportive bank of staff. Whether you’re seeking a permanent role, ongoing short- or long-term placements, or ad hoc cover, we can help you explore your options before committing to a school.

£140 – £175 per day
(Rate dependent on responsibilities and experience. The pay stated is inclusive of the additional 12.07% PAYE holiday.)
Typically between 8:00am – 3:30pm
(Hours may vary depending on school placement)
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
Passion for teaching and a willingness to learn in a supportive environment
