Pay: £88.98 a day Hours: Monday–Friday: 8:30am–3:30pm

We are currently recruiting a calm, patient, and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Worthing. This full-time, temporary, term-time role involves supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs within a structured, nurturing, and inclusive environment.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in helping pupils feel safe, understood, and engaged in their learning. You will work closely with teaching and support staff to provide consistent, tailored support, adapting your approach to meet individual learning, emotional and behavioural needs. A rewarding role making a meaningful impact on pupils’ wellbeing, confidence, and education

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience supporting children with SEN, including additional learning or behavioural needs
A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Confidence supporting pupils within a classroom setting
A proactive, resilient, and compassionate attitude
