Due to expansion across Hampshire, we are recruiting Learning Support Assistants for a dedicated SEND school in Hilsea.
This provision supports pupils with complex needs, including speech and language difficulties and social communication challenges.
Supporting pupils within a structured classroom environment
Implementing EHCP targets
Encouraging independence and confidence
Supporting transitions and sensory regulation
SEND experience (preferred)
Strong communication skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
A proactive, nurturing attitude
