We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a specialist alternative provision school. This role involves providing 1:1 support to pupils with SEMH needs, helping them engage with their learning and build confidence.
All pupils have anxiety and SEMH needs, and many are autistic. You will be supporting approximately 7 pupils in Years 9–11 across the week.
Experience supporting young people with SEMH, anxiety, or autism
Confidence working independently in a 1:1 setting
Calm, patient, and empathetic approach
Strong communication skills
Full-time, term-time temporary role
£102.67 per day
8:00am–4:00pm
