We are recruiting for experienced LSA and 1:1 Support staff to work within primary and secondary settings supporting pupils with additional needs, including SLD and SEMH. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with transferable skills who are looking to transition into education and make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional learning needs
Support classroom learning under the direction of the class teacher
Assist with implementing EHCP targets and learning plans
Support communication, engagement and positive behaviour strategies
Help manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Promote independence and confidence in pupils
Support personal care needs where required
Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and staff
