💛 About the Role

As the school’s SEN HLTA, you will:

• Work closely with the SENCo to support pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and complex needs
• Deliver targeted 1:1 and small‑group interventions
• Support behaviour regulation using positive, trauma‑informed strategies
• Assist with personalised plans, visuals, social stories and structured routines
• Lead learning when required, providing cover and supporting teachers across the school
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children who need consistency and emotional safety
• Help model supportive practice for other TAs, where required

This role is ideal for someone experienced, confident and ready to take ownership of their day.

✨ Who We’re Looking For

• A Level 3 TA or HLTA with strong SEN experience
• Confident supporting children with Autism, ADHD, behavioural challenges and undiagnosed needs
• Someone calm, patient and consistent, with a warm presence
• Excellent behaviour management grounded in nurture and relationship‑building
• Strong communication skills and a team‑player attitude
• Someone proactive who can take initiative and support teachers across the school

💷 Pay

• £92–£110 per day, depending on experience and qualifications
• Full‑time, ongoing position
