Are you an experienced, patient and nurturing SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding long‑term role?
A supportive, friendly primary school in Worthing is searching for a confident SEN TA to work 1:1 with a Year 4 student with ASD who thrives with structure, gentle guidance and consistency.

You will be working closely with the class teacher and SENCo to support a wonderful Year 4 pupil who needs:

  • Clear routines and predictable transitions
  • Calm, structured classroom support
  • Help with emotional regulation and focus
  • Gentle behaviour support using visuals and positive reinforcement
  • Support with core learning (literacy, numeracy, small‑group tasks)
  • Strong relational connection and a safe, trusted adult presence

Your role will be a mix of in‑class support and short, targeted interventions.
