A lovely small primary school in Horsham is looking for a warm and enthusiastic Early Years & Reception Learning Support Assistant to join their tight‑knit team.

🌟 About the Role

You’ll be working closely with the Reception and Early Years team, supporting children with:

  • Early phonics, play‑based learning and early number skills
  • Social development, friendships and confidence building
  • Fine/gross motor activities
  • Learning through play, exploration and curiosity
  • Daily routines, transitions and emotional regulation

You’ll help create a safe, joyful and stimulating environment where children feel secure, valued and excited to learn.
