A well-established specialist SEND school in Winchester is seeking reliable SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils across a range of needs including Autism, SEMH and complex learning difficulties.
Due to increased demand, the school is looking to expand its pool of trusted supply staff who can step in to support classes when needed.

Supporting pupils with additional learning needs
Working across different classrooms and age groups
Providing 1:1 support for pupils with EHCPs
Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
Assisting teachers with learning activities
