A specialist provision in Andover is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH).
This setting works with students who benefit from additional structure, positive role models and consistent support to help them re-engage with education.
Key responsibilities:
• Supporting pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs
• Providing 1:1 mentoring and guidance
• Supporting behaviour management strategies
• Helping pupils stay engaged during lessons
• Building positive relationships with students
Requirements:
• Experience supporting SEMH or behaviour needs
• DBS on the Update Service
• Up to date safeguarding training
