Pink Tile Education is working with a warm and nurturing primary school in Worthing who are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a child with Autism (ASD).

This role is ideal for someone who is calm, patient and passionate about giving children the personalised support they need to succeed. The school has a strong reputation for inclusion and takes pride in creating a stable, consistent environment for their pupils.


The Role

  • Providing 1:1 support for a child with Autism throughout the school day
  • Helping the child access learning, regulate emotions and follow routines
  • Using visuals, structure and clear communication strategies
  • Supporting social interaction, confidence and engagement in the classroom
  • Working collaboratively with the class teacher, SENCo and wider support staff
  • Ensuring the child feels safe, understood and supported every day

About You
