Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm
We’re looking for resilient and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support pupils with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs across specialist schools in Surrey. You’ll be working 1:1 and in small groups, helping students manage emotions, engage with learning, and build positive relationships in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting pupils with SEMH needs in and out of the classroom
Providing 1:1 and small group support to encourage engagement
Assisting with behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies
Supporting teachers with lessons and daily classroom activities
Building positive, trusting relationships with pupils
Following safeguarding procedures at all times
