Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm
We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to support pupils with SEN across specialist schools in Woking. You’ll be working 1:1 and in small groups, helping students engage with learning, build confidence, and thrive in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting pupils with SEN in the classroom and around the school
Providing 1:1 and small group support to aid learning and engagement
Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Helping pupils develop independence and social skills
Following safeguarding procedures at all times
