We’re looking for passionate, resilient, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support students in a SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) setting in Brighton.
Supporting the class teacher in a specialist setting
Working 1:1 with students who need extra support
Helping young people impacted by trauma and behavioural challenges
Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
You don’t need direct school experience – we value personality and attitude just as much!
We’d love to hear from you if you have experience or transferable skills from:
Care / Support Work
Youth Work / Mentoring
Coaching or team leadership
Nursery or childcare
Personal experience supporting children or young people with additional needs
