What the role involves:

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll support students in and out of the classroom, helping them feel confident, included, and ready to learn.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Supporting students in lessons across a range of subjects
• Helping young people stay focused, engaged, and confident in their learning
• Working 1:1 or in small groups to provide extra support where needed
• Encouraging positive behaviour and helping create a calm learning environment
• Building strong, supportive relationships with students
• Assisting teaching staff with classroom activities and resources

• From backgrounds such as youth work, sports coaching, tutoring, care work, or customer-facing roles (all transferable!)

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Available 3–5 days per week (term time only)
• Availability between 08:30 – 15:30
• Right to work in the UK
