Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR (depending on experience and responsibility)

Pink Tile Education is delighted to be supporting a lovely secondary school in Eastbourne in their search for an ambitious and dedicated Mathematics Teacher with a TLR opportunity attached.

This role is ideal for an experienced teacher who is ready to take the next step in their career and contribute to leadership within the Maths department.

The Role

As well as delivering engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4, the successful candidate will take on additional responsibility within the department. This may include curriculum development, mentoring staff, supporting interventions, or leading key initiatives to raise attainment.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Proven experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4
• Strong understanding of curriculum planning and assessment
• Leadership potential or previous middle leadership experience
• Commitment to improving student outcomes
