Behaviour Support Assistant – School-Based Role | Hampshire (Flexible / Term-Time)

£89 – £93 per day

We are recruiting for a Behaviour Support Assistant to work within specialist school settings across Hampshire. These roles are available on a flexible or long-term basis, depending on your availability.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in residential care or youth work looking to transition into education.

The role:

• Support pupils with behavioural and emotional needs

• Provide 1:1 and small group support

• Help pupils stay engaged and regulated throughout the school day

• Work as part of a supportive school team

The ideal candidate:

• Has experience supporting young people in care, youth work or similar settings

• Is confident managing behaviour and building rapport

• Is looking for a consistent, structured working environment

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

• Up-to-date safeguarding training

• Full eligibility to work in the UK
